Overview 

As a Project Manager at Cyanwood Limited, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing our business projects and operational tasks from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, in line with the given plans and instructions, while also maintaining the highest quality standards. The workload of this incoming Project Manager will be equally split between providing a better agency service and monitoring the construction project progress of property development activities. The vast majority tasks will be office-based in our office in North London, with some construction site visits and client meetings.
 

Key Responsibilities & Tasks 

• Project Viability & Planning: analyse the feasibility of a possible business project, design and propose a detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Opportunity Identification: find out the needs and opportunities of existing and potential clients and business partners, and complete the client profiles.

• Resource Management: allocate and deploy available resources, including personnel, contractors, and materials, to ensure the projects are practicable. 

• Risk Assessment: identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Clear and Effective Communication: maintain clear and open communication with clients, business partners, and directors to provide regular project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Quality Control: implement quality assurance processes to ensure projects delivered and services provided meet or exceed industry standards.

• Budget and Financial Management: estimate and control costs for each assigned project, track expenses, and work to keep projects within budget while optimising the results.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a project manager or a similar position in property development related sectors. Working experience with an international corporation is a plus.

• Valid project managerial accreditation with membership or certificate from leading professional bodies is preferred, such as PMI Certified PMP or PRINCE2 Certifications.

• Proficiency in project management software, tools, spreadsheet application and presentation program.

• Multi-cultural background and multilingual skills are welcome. Knowledge across both British and Far Eastern property and construction markets is an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse environment.
